Colaiste Eoin is a inter denominational post primary school with an enrolment of 650.  The school body  strives to create a respectful ,safe and caring educational environment . Colaiste Eoin fosters effective teaching and learning in an inclusive community ,where students and staff are encouraged to reach their full potential. They endeavour to support students in becoming self-confident , inquiring , independent, tolerant individuals  who respect the differences of others.

Through the introduction of the Artist mentoring scheme into the art department all fifth year students are encouraged to delve into their creative souls and to allow their minds to explore through creative processes.During my artist mentoring placement I mentored a fifth year group of 9 boys who had not engaged with art prior. Due to Covid this placement was cut short and therefore these samples below are small windows into the research work .
