Reflection
The most useful reflection involves the conscious consideration and analysis of beliefs and actions for the purpose of learning . Reflection gives the brain an opportunity to pause amidst the chaos, untangle and sort through observations and experiences , consider multiple possible interpretations and create meaning. This meaning becomes learning, which can then inform future mindset and actions.
Reflecting on my school placement I feel as an individual I have grown to be a reflective , hardworking aspect of the school body. My skills as an artist have developed and my interests in practises have soared . Through reflecting on peer teachers I have learned and developed into the teacher I would like to be an effective , wellbeing based teacher who creates a fun yet effective learning environment that holds the interests of all learners through effective teaching skills and subject matter.
